We also understand that the health and benefits requirements of you and your family are unique, so we offer a variety of options to accommodate the needs of everyone on our team. As a Freedom Financial employee, you can be confident your needs will be met, your hard work recognized, and your loyalty rewarded.
There are several plans available to Freedom employees, to provide the flexibility for you to choose the option that is right for you. Depending on location, employees can select from two health providers – Aetna or Kaiser. Aetna offerings include an HMO, POS and a HDHP. In addition, you may participate in the Flexible Spending and Dependent Care programs that provide pre-tax savings on benefit contributions.
Our generous vision plan annually provides for exams, frames, lenses or contacts. You can choose vision coverage under the Vision Service Plan (VSP) or use the provider of your choice. VSP has the most extensive network of optometrists and vision care specialists in the country.
Our dental plans offer sound traditional coverage with a higher benefit network option available. Dental coverage is available through Guardian and has both in-network & out-of-network coverage options.
Our annual Freedom "Employee Satisfaction Survey" is a part of our culture, deeply ingrained to solicit feedback and then take actions on what our teammates need, in order to constantly improve our culture. A few years ago many people asked for a long-term retirement plan, in the form of a 401(k) - and we listened! We now offer a Mass Mutual administered 401(k) plan, with company match.
Our coverage provides employees 1X their annual base salary, at no cost to the employee, when they participate in the group medical plan. You can also buy up for additional levels of coverage by selecting options under our "Voluntary/Supplemental Benefits" program.

Offered through Life’s Solutions, the Employee Assistance Programs at Freedom are available to employees and their immediate family members.
