Freedom Financial Network provides comprehensive consumer debt resolution services through five divisions: Bills.com, Freedom Debt Relief, Freedom Tax Relief, Freedom Student Loans, and Freedom Mortgage. Dedicated to helping people get out of debt as quickly as possible at the lowest personal cost, the company's services are an alternative to credit counseling, debt consolidation, and bankruptcy.
Flagship Program: Debt Resolution Program
A program, typically between 24-42 months, in which Freedom Debt Relief works on behalf of consumers to negotiate with unsecured creditors to obtain resolutions that reduce client debt balances by as much as 50%. Fees are paid by the consumer.
Differentiation
- Consumer orientation: Represents consumer exclusively.
- Operation: Serves in a position of mediation and resolution.
- Debt resolution vs. consolidation: does not shift unsecured debts to secure debt.
- Debt resolution vs. credit counseling: Fees paid by consumer, not creditors, thereby eliminating any conflicts of interest.
- Success (Debt Resolution Program): Debts resolved by 80 percent of clients who have been in the Program for at least one year.
- Customer service: Prioritized, with a highly trained, well-educated team.
- Management: Founded and managed by financial services professionals with extensive industry backgrounds and MBA degrees from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
