Accounting Clerk - PT, San Mateo, CA

FFN has an immediate opening for a Part Time Accounting Clerk to support the Accounting and Finance Team.

This position will report directly to our Accounting Manager and will work closely with the other members of the Accounting and Finance Department.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Process invoices for payment.
• Audit invoices for accuracy
• Input data into computer applications
• Process General Ledger entries
• Filing
• Various other projects as assigned by Accounting Manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• Ability to work independently
• Available 20 hours a week
• General accounting principle knowledge
• Excellent data entry skills
• Eye for detail
• Basic MS Excel experience
