San Jose 'Live Well' Event Adds Financial Health and Fitness to Agenda
San Mateo-Based Freedom Debt Relief Provides Budgeting, Finance Helps and Tips This Weekend
SAN MATEO, Calif., Sept. 20, 2005 - When it comes to health and wellness, it's easy to think of blood pressure, obesity, and exercise. But increasingly, financial health is taking a place at the fitness table in the Bay area.
When the NBC11/T48 Live Well event opens this weekend, Freedom Debt Relief, a division of San Mateo-based Freedom Financial Network, LLC, will be providing a financial health component. "We've learned just how important financial health and well-being are in our lives," says Brad Stroh, co-CEO of the company. "The consequences of not taking care of your financial health can range from increased stress, to divorce, delays in retirement, and more. The Live Well expo, which takes place Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 24-25, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center, will feature free health tests and screenings, seminars, and educational and entertainment exhibits.
