FREEDOM DEBT RELIEF

Debt Relief That Works

Founded in 2002, Freedom Debt Relief is the company that started Freedom Financial Network. Our co-founders and CEOs, Bradford Stroh and Andrew Housser, established our company with one goal: to provide an affordable debt solution for people who are struggling with heavy debt.

To do this, we negotiate with creditors and get them to accept less than our clients owe. The process, also known as debt negotiation, debt resolution, or debt settlement, could help clients resolve debt for less and become debt free faster than they thought possible.

What We Do

Our debt relief program is designed to help you overcome debt as quickly as possible, for less than you owe. Here’s how it works:

  1. Get a Free Debt Consultation

At Freedom Debt Relief, we take a people-first approach to debt settlement. Clients who sign up for our program receive.

  2. Let Us Customize Your Debt Relief Program

When you enroll in our program, we’ll customize an affordable plan to help you get out of debt faster. Depending on your budget and financial goals, your monthly program payments could be even less than what you’re paying to your creditors right now.

  3. Start Resolving Your Debt

Once your program starts, you make monthly payments into an FDIC-insured account that you control. The money you deposit into this account each month will fund your debt settlements.

While you deposit money into your account, we create a personalized negotiation strategy for you. Once your account funds have grown large enough, our negotiation experts begin contacting your creditors and negotiating with them to reduce what you owe.

Each time we reach a settlement agreement with each of your creditors, we contact you to make sure you approve of the settlement. Then, the funds in your account are used to pay your creditors the negotiated settlement and us our fee. We never collect a fee until you sign off on your settlement.

  4. Enjoy Debt Freedom

When your full settlement is repaid on each of your accounts, you no longer owe your creditors on your enrolled debt. Your creditor should contact the credit bureaus to report your debt as settled, and your debt will be completely behind you.

*Clients who make all their monthly program deposits pay approximately 70-75% of their original enrolled debts over 24 to 60 months. Not all clients are able to complete their program for various reasons, including their ability to save sufficient funds. Our estimates are based on prior results, which will vary depending on your specific enrolled creditors and your individual program terms. We do not guarantee that your debts will be resolved for a specific amount or percentage or within a specific period of time. We do not assume your debts, make monthly payments to creditors or provide tax, bankruptcy, accounting or legal advice or credit repair services. Our service is not available in all states and our fees may vary from state to state. Please contact a tax professional to discuss potential tax consequences of less than full balance debt resolution. Read and understand all program materials prior to enrollment. The use of debt settlement services will likely adversely affect your creditworthiness, may result in you being subject to collections or being sued by creditors or collectors and may increase the outstanding balances of your enrolled accounts due to the accrual of fees and interest. However, negotiated settlements we obtain on your behalf resolve the entire account, including all accrued fees and interest. C.P.D. Reg. No. T.S.12-03825.
